PROCESS ENGINEERING

When supporting clients with staffing solution, AIS will perform a complete analysis of your current business processes to set a baseline for cost, quality, and cycle time. The AIS Business Optimization team documents your existing procedures and recommends strategies for business optimization.


AIS Engineers are Lean Six Sigma Certified (Green and Black-Belt). We pinpoint steps that are unnecessary, high-risk or a duplication of other tasks, while making recommendations to include new value-added steps in the process. 

Time-motion studies, scorecards, capacity trends, and other quality and cost reporting is shared regularly with the client to ensure we are exceeding service-level agreements.


INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION

We partner with clients to build and integrate technology into the processes we support. Our robust team of software engineers develops software robotics with artificial intelligence that fit the client’s operating model. This allows clients to reduce their reliance on human resources and scale faster and more affordably.

We set an automation target of 80% for each software robotics package we develop. For processes that do not qualify for automation or require a human touch, our associates continue managing the work at client-defined quality levels.
