After careful consideration, and in light of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments, we are organizing our annual event in a way that will enable us to provide the experience that our employees deserve in a safe environment.
We will host a small ceremony for award recipients only on Saturday, April 30th. HR will reach out to recipients via email with additional details. The full Annual Celebration presentation will be shared Saturday, April 30th at 5:00pm IST. Employees can access from home or office at a time that works best for their schedules. Additionally, presentation viewings are available the date of the event. HR will be coordinate with employees who are interested.
We will play the presentation on a loop in the pantry TVs the following week.

RISING STAR AWARD: The Rising Star Awards recognizes emerging leaders who have shown exceptional growth, responsibility and leadership throughout the year.
STAR AWARD: The Star Award spotlights top performers that set an example for the rest of the company. Recipients are self-directed, and hardworking. They can persevere through any situation and can easily adapt to the needs of the company.
PRESIDENT’S AWARD: The AIS President’s Award recognizes an outstanding employee that contributes in key areas of the company’s vision: growth and innovation, operational excellence, progressive, diverse and inclusive culture, progress and leadership.
