Blake is a recognized leader in the credit and collections industry, founding American InfoSource in 2000. He guides the company's strategic direction, fostering key partnerships, and providing mentorship to the executive team. He has over 30 years of industry experience, creating Hogan Information Services in 1990, which compiled public record data for 8,000 courthouses across the country. He sold the Hogan Information to First Data Corporation in 1996. While at First Data, he served on First Data Corporation's Management Committee, the Executive Committee of First Data Information Management Group and President of Innovis.
Steve Staid

Steve Staid serves as Managing Director – Mortgage Servicing and Chief Administrative Officer at AIS, where he leads the company’s mortgage servicing strategy, client partnerships, and product development. He brings more than 30 years of experience in mortgage servicing and financial services, most recently as Executive Vice President, Mortgage Practice Strategy at Sourcepoint. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Gateway First Bank, PHH Mortgage, Bank of America, and Saxon Mortgage Services, as well as positions with Lehman Brothers and Litton Loan Servicing. A graduate of Rhodes College, Steve is recognized for his expertise in operational strategy, product development, risk management, and building high-performing teams.
Subbu Rajasimhan

Subbu is responsible for end-to-end product development for the Consumer Finance business line, collaborating closely with IT/IS and Operations to spearhead AIS’s next generation of technological advancements. He also supports Customer Experience initiatives to help drive business growth and maintain our stellar customer relationships. Prior to joining AIS, Subbu served as Head of Innovation and Transformation at Bridgecrest, where he led the modernization of the technology ecosystem, business processes and practices. Over his distinguished career, he also oversaw the Collections and Loss Mitigation functions for Capital One Auto Finance, successfully managing many complex and highly regulated business operations that spanned across multiple geographies and systems.
Steve Kennedy

Steve is the Managing Director of Commercial Banking at AIS, helping banks reduce operating costs through automation and outsourcing. Previously, he founded Amegy Bank’s energy group in 1997 and led it as EVP & Head of Energy Banking until 2022, growing it to $6 billion in loan commitments. In 2023, Steve was appointed Director of Via Renewables (NASDAQ: VIA) and joined Opportune LLP (energy consulting and investment banking) where he is currently a Senior Advisor. With 36 years in energy banking, he held leadership roles at MBank, Wells Fargo, and Amegy. Steve holds degrees from Texas A&M and Baylor.

Adam Womack

Adam Womack is Managing Director – Legal Services at AIS, overseeing the direction and growth of the company’s legal services business. With more than two decades of legal and operational experience in financial services, Adam focuses on expanding market presence, setting strategic direction, and delivering compliance-driven legal solutions. Before joining AIS, he was a managing shareholder at Buckley Madole, P.C., leading operations for its Texas and Florida offices. He also served as Senior Vice President at National Bankruptcy Services, LLC, held leadership roles at Fannie Mae and First Horizon Home Loans, and is licensed to practice law in Texas and Florida. Adam earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University.
Ganesh Vembu

Ganesh manages the operations of AIS delivery centers in both the U.S. and India. He has over 19 years of work experience in various industry verticals within Banking and Financial Services. Excelling for more than a decade in the mortgage industry, Ganesh has been responsible for setting up high-performing, large operation units and building a strong pool of effective leaders. Prior to joining AIS, he was associated with Tata Consultancy Services, Altisource Portfolio Solutions, Intelenet Global Services and Thomson Reuters. He has completed his Executive General Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

She joined AIS in 2016 with the objective of significantly enhancing the Mortgage Servicing division's performance. Her results surpassed all expectations, earning her prestigious accolades including the President's Award and consecutive Top Sales Awards.
Brian Welch

Brian leads the company’s brand strategy, corporate messaging, and go-to-market initiatives. With nearly two decades of experience at AIS, he oversees all aspects of marketing and corporate communications, driving brand awareness and demand generation efforts through strategic content, digital marketing, and event engagement. Brian supports enterprise sales by managing inside sales functions, sales enablement materials, and campaign execution, helping to optimize lead generation and pipeline growth. He is responsible for corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging across internal and external audiences, fostering employee engagement, and enhancing AIS’s industry presence. He was the recipient of the 2013 AIS President’s Award and 2019 Circle of Excellence Award. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Communication at the University of Texas at Austin.
Pamela Guidry

Pamela joined AIS in 2013 and has been instrumental in driving growth and operational excellence within the Finance & Accounting function. She has led key initiatives, including consolidating processes, transitioning back-office accounting and FP&A to India, and implementing financial systems. Pamela also provides strategic oversight in Compliance and HR, ensuring AIS's practices meet industry standards. With over 30 years of experience, she has held leadership roles at Ernst & Young and First Data Corporation, where she began her longstanding professional partnership with the Hogan family. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Data Processing & Analysis from the University of Texas at Austin.
Shabana Patel

Shabana is an operations expert, managing Auto Loan Servicing, end-to-end Litigation Operations, Product Development, and Quality & Training in our India offices. She joined AIS in 2012 and brought over 14 years of bankruptcy expertise with her, including hands-on experience in Mortgage, Secured and Unsecured Bankruptcy. She was the recipient of the 2018 AIS President’s Award. Throughout her career, she has managed teams of 100+ FTE in the default space. Prior to joining AIS, she worked with Tata Consultancy Services. Shabana holds a master’s in commerce degree from University of Mumbai, India.
Rishikesh Sutaria

Rishikesh joined AIS in 2016, bringing 25+ years of specialized experience in information security management and technology infrastructure implementation. He and his team manage and maintain AIS’ global IT infrastructure and information security. He is the recipient of Star Award (2017), Circle of Excellence Award (2018, 2019) and Superhero award (2020). Before joining AIS, he worked across the U.S., India, Middle East, and UK implementing complex networks and technology - on and offshore - including a large roll out of MS Dynamics NAV ERP for a 40,000 employee multi-location organization with highly customized requirements. Rishikesh holds an MBA in Information Technology and is CISSP & CISA certified.
Saurabh Jhingan

Saurabh is responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies specific to BFSI-related services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguarding the integrity of the company’s operations. He also supports process improvement and incident response related to operational efficiency and risks. He brings a wealth of experience in enterprise risk management (ERM) and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), having held leadership roles at organizations like Citi, HSBC, Deloitte, and American Express. He is a trusted C-suite advisor on corporate governance, evaluating risks and controls, building risk awareness, and leading transformational change.
Devon Cipperly
Senior Corporate Counsel
Devon provides legal guidance and assists in creating procedures to ensure AIS’s policies and practices are legally compliant. She has over a decade of experience in servicing lenders in real estate origination, title, and mortgage default. Prior to joining AIS, Devon served as a managing attorney for a high-volume real estate title company where she ensured thousands of residential transactions were completed within compliance of lender investment requirements and title insurance underwriting guidelines. Additionally, Devon spent nine years as a lead attorney for the Creditor’s Rights firm Orlans PC, where she practiced in all areas of default-related litigation including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction, and notably created the law firm’s judicial foreclosure process for the District of Columbia. Devon joined the AIS team as Counsel in 2021 to provide legal guidance and assist in creating procedures to ensure AIS’s policies and practices are legally compliant. Devon is licensed to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
