Once contact by the guest, the ALICE concierge controls the TV content to present guest with a rich media information, pictures, and videos about shows, events, concerts, restaurants, and more. The ALICE concierge can then book any of these services for the guest with a simple credit card transaction.
Now, for the first time, hotels can offer guest the experience of having an on-demand concierge available 24/7 without needing to leave the comforts of the hotel room.
ALICE kiosk can also be placed strategically around the property to provide the same ALICE concierge experience at key areas, such as the business centre, lobby or conference rooms.
ALICE concierges are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year to serve your guest. ALICE provides multilingual concierges to provide your guest with a more personalized and friendly experience.

ALICE will initially be available to hotel guest in ALICE enabled hotels.
